AFW (Ag, Fish and Water) Project During 1999-2002, the Agriculture, Fish, and Water (AFW) process involved negotiating changes to the existing Field Office Technical Guide (FOTG) and the development of guidelines for Irrigation Districts to be used to enhance, restore, and protect habitat for endangered fish and wildlife species, and address state water quality needs. This two-pronged approach developed into two processes, one involving agricultural interests and the second involving Irrigation Districts across the state. DocumentsDate added |
