The Commission is ready to present it's stimulus package to the Legislature. This proposal, in which 20 of Washington’s 47 Conservation Districts submitted 83 “shovel-ready” projects,
is to be included in the
Conservation Commission’s Stimulus budget request.
The projects submitted (if funded) will create 444 new jobs throughout the state of WA.
