An RFP seeking vendors who can provide a proven long term solution for a system to track habitat restoration projects managed by Washington State's conservation districts has been released with a due date of March 14, 2008. This system will extend the work of the Watershed Data Pilot Project completed in 2007. Contact RFP Coordinator Glenn Briskin at (360) 561-0897 for more information. November brought three changes in the composition of the Washington State Conservation Commission governing board. 

The Washington State University (WSU) College of Agriculture appointed Dr. Pete Jacoby Jr. as its voting member on the Commission, replacing Dr. Vickie Parker-Clark.
