Information: Mary Bilderback joined the Conservation Commission in early 2007 as a fiscal analyst and grants specialist. She works with the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP), Practice Incentive Program (PIP)and Technical Service Providers (TSP). Additionally, she performs the accounting duties for the agency. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Accounting. Before joining the Commission, Mary was employed as an accountant in the not-for-profit and private sectors.
