Farmers: Report flood-related agricultural damages to FSA

Damages to Washington agriculture due to the December floods and storm should be reported to the USDA Farm Service Agency. Farmers and ranchers who have crop insurance and have suffered damages should also contact their insurance agent. Damages should be reported as soon as they become apparent.

Animal Carcass Removal Locations in Lewis County

December 7, 2007: Two animal carcass pick-up points have been established in Lewis County. Large animals should be taken to 3547 State Highway 6, ChehalisSmall animals can be taken to the Lewis County Animal Shelter, 560 Centralia Alpha Road, Chehalis. To report livestock carcasses, please contact Lewis County Emergency Management at (360) 740-1151.
