Water star-grass in Yakima River Water star-grass, Heteranthera dubia, is an attractive native plant, with small star-shaped yellow flowers that float just above the water surface. Unfortunately, it is harming water quality and habitat in the Yakima River.

Franklin Conservation District Expands Education in Eastern Washington
