Request for Proposals: Construction of Mobile Meat Processing Unit

The Pierce Conservation District is accepting proposals from qualified firms to construct a mobile meat processing unit for local agricultural livestock producers. Proposals will be due prior to 1:00 p.m., September 22nd, 2008.

Conservation Commission announces September Meeting

The Regular Conservation Commission meeting will be held Thursday, September 18, 2008, in Friday Harbor, Washington. A tour coordinated by San Juan Islands Conservation District will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 followed by an interaction dinner.
