Conservation Commission authorizes first step in elections rulemaking

At their regular meeting on November 29, 2007 in Vancouver, Washington, the Washington State Conservation Commission directed agency staff to begin working on a possible rule for conservation district elections and appointments.   We will soon file with the Office of the Code Reviser a "Preproposal Statement of Inquiry" as public notice of our intent to consider agency rulemaking.
