Information: Commissioner Fred Colvin represents the Washington Association of Conservation Districts (WACD) on the Commission. He is a Past President of WACD. He has served as an elected supervisor on the Thurston Conservation District for over 14 years and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer. Fred resides in Tenino and operates a 500 acre family cattle farm. He is involved in the National Association of Conservation Districts and serves as an alternate Board Member. Fred graduated from the Washington Ag Forestry Leadership program. Fred is also involved with the Thurston County Ag Advisory Committee, Farming and the Environment and the Cattlemen's Association.
