Mary Bilderback joined the Conservation Commission in early 2007 as a fiscal analyst and grants specialist. She works with the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP), Practice Incentive Program (PIP), Technical Service Providers (TSP), and several other grant programs. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Accounting. Before joining the Commission, Mary was employed as an accountant in the not-for-profit and private sectors. |
