Information: Commissioner Melodie Selby serves on the Conservation Commission Board as an ex officio member representing Jay Manning, Director of the Washington State Department of Ecology. Melodie resides in Olympia. She is the Senior Policy Analyst for the Department of Ecology's Water Quality Department. She is also Ecology's Water Quality Legislative Liaison.
