Information: Ray Ledgerwood has been the Program Coordinator since 2003, providing training and facilitating a wide variety of sessions for the Commission and districts. Ray is a native of Eastern Washington and graduate of WSU with a B.S. Degree in Agricultural Mechanization and minor in Business Administration. He has worked with conservation districts and their associations since 1979 including working as WSCC’s Eastern Washington regional manager and working for the National Association of Conservation Districts as the Pacific Region Representative, the Director of Capacity Building Services and the Director of Leadership Services.
