· April 1 – File CR-101 and announce rulemaking
· June 3 – File CR-102, the draft proposed rule. Thisincludes proposed rule language.
· June 17 – Comment period opens
· July 30 – Public hearing held in person andonline in Olympia.
· July 31 – Comment period ends.
· August 1 through 30 – SCC evaluates comments,creates responses and prepares information for the September commission meeting.
· September 17 – SCC adopts the proposed rule atthe commission meeting and files CR-103.
