Scott brings a diverse background in marketing, strategy, civic service, and conservation leadership. After attending the University of Illinois, he followed both his career and passion for the outdoors across several western states before returning to Washington in 2016. Returning to family roots was especially meaningful, as the Noble family has been ranching and farming in Washington and Idaho for generations.
Scott has also been actively involved in conservation efforts, serving as an Associate Supervisor with the Spokane Conservation District and helping lead initiatives focused on Spokane River watershed restoration and urban forestry.
When he's not working, you may find Scott fly fishing, gardening, or sharing his enthusiasm for beekeeping at a local fair.
